Our 90-Day Guarantee - We stand behind every book we make. If you receive your book and the quality doesn't match what you saw on screen, we will reprint it or refund you completely. You have 90 days from the date of delivery to reach out.

 

Personalized Orders - Every book is uniquely made for your child with their name printed throughout. Because each order is personally created, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review your child's name carefully before confirming your order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items - If your book arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order at team.godslittlehero@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement immediately at no additional cost — or issue a full refund if you prefer.

 

Name Corrections & Cancellations - If you need to correct a spelling or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after purchase. Production begins quickly after ordering, so we cannot guarantee changes once printing has started — but we will do everything possible to help.
